DAY 1 (D) - Dover to Calais with P&O Ferries (other routes are available on request) followed by the drive through France and Belgium to Bouillon. Suggested stops include the Boat Lift at Ronquieres, the Mahymobiles Car Museum in Leuze-en-Hainaut and Namur followed by the scenic drive along the Meuse river valley to Dinant. From Dinant you'll make the short journey to Bouillon and the Panorama Hotel - Mileage approx. 225 miles

DAY 2 (BB) - At leisure in the Belgian Ardennes
OR - The day exploring the Belgian Ardennes where attractions include; Bastogne and the Bastogne War Museum depicting the causes, events and consequences of the Second World War through the prism of the Battle of the Bulge. the chocolate-box town of Durbuy which claims to be the smallest town in the world with its charming architecture and winding cobbled streets. The Semois River Valley the “Queen of Meanders” leads you to spectacular countryside, picturesque villages of stone houses with slate roofs and the ruined walls of ancient fortresses. La Roche-en-Ardenne situated on both banks of the River Ourthe and overlooked by its pretty medieval castle. Burg Reinhardstein (also known as Burg Metternich) is a castle like no others in Belgium. Built in the 14th century, the castle was left in ruins in the 20th century, until a university professor decided to restore it to its past grandeur in 1969.
DAY 3 (HB) - Bouillon to Hornberg
Departing Bouillon after breakfast, today you’ll have the choice of taking the direct route or a more scenic drive through Begium and France to the Black Forest via Fleury-devant-Douaumont and the Parc Naturel de Lorraine. Arrival in Hornberg and the Hotel should be late afternoon. After check-in and some time to relax and freshen-up, dinner is included at the hotel.

DAY 4 (HB) - At leisure in Hornberg & the Black Forest
OR - Enjoy a scenic drive along the German Clock Road (Deutsche Uhrenstrasse). What could be more typical of the region than the German Watch-and-Clock Makers Road linking the Black Forest villages, museums and clock manufacturers that continue the centuries-old tradition of making timepieces including of course, the famous cuckoo clock. Dinner is included tonight at the hotel.
DAY 5 (HB) - At leisure in Hornberg & the Black Forest
OR - Enjoy a spectacular drive through the Black Forest High Road to the famous spa town of Baden via the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse, a 'must drive' for anyone visiting the Black Forest. At about 3,000 feet/900m, the 44-mile/70km stretch of the B 500 road runs along the ridges of this low mountain range. Along the way you'll enjoy some spectacular views including the Feldberg, the highest point in the Black Forest.
OR - Visit to the National Automobile Museum in Mulhouse with 400 vehicles on display. The Schlumpf Collection is certainly the most prestigious collection in the world and well worth a visit. In the afternoonyou can explore the Alsace Wine Road to the picture-postcard town of Colmar before returning to the hotel late afternoon with dinner included.
DAY 6 (HB) - Hornberg to Soissons/Chamouille
Departing the Hotel and the Black forest after breakfast, today you begin the homeward drive through France to Soissons and the Best Western Plus Hotel des Francs. Again you have the choice of taking the direct route or a more scenic route via Saverne, Pont-a-Mousson and Bar-le-Duc. Arrival in Soissons should be late afternoon with dinner included at the hotel - Mileage: Direct route approx. 300 miles / Scenic route approx. 285 miles
DAY 7 (BB) - Soissons/Chamouille to Calais
Departing after breakfast today you'll make the final journey back to Calais and your crossing back to the UK.
