DAY 1 (HB) - The day at leisure to travel to Kent and the Mercure Great Danes Hotel, near Leeds Castle. Check-in at the hotel is 15h00 so depending on the length of your journey today you may like to include some of the local attractions which include; Leeds Castle, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Hever Castle, Canterbury & Canterbury Cathedral, Rochester Castle, Shepherd Neame Brewery to mention just a few. After check-in and some time to relax and freshen up we have arranged a Welcome Group Dinner at 19h30 to give you the opportunity to meet the other participants on the tour.

DAY 2 (BB) - Departing the Hotel after a leisurely breakfast our suggested tour today includes the picture-postcard village of Yalding, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water & the iconic Kent Villages of Sissinghurst, Biddenden, Tenterden & Pluckley. Evening at the Mercure hotel.
DAYS 3 & 4 (BB) - Touring Kent OR enjoy The War & Peace Revival at The Hop Farm.
The War & Peace Revival (2020 date to be confirmed) - A five-day military and vintage festival at The Hop Farm, Paddock Wood, Kent, packed full of education and entertainment bringing the Dunkirk Spirit to this historic corner of Kent. Watch the incredible action-packed battle re-enactments - not just a group of people running around playing soldiers but a full-scale choreographed battle to give you a taste of the action at the Front! Thousands of military vehicles are expected to gather from around the world representing the armies of the 20th century. Look out for tanks, artillery, armoured and amphibious vehicles, cars, Jeeps, bicycles and motorbikes, emergency and commercial vehicles - and lots more. Living History scenes will provide a unique picture of life in conflict with depictions from WW1 to the present - see the British living in trenches, GIs in Vietnam, Russians relaxing with an accordion after a hard day in battle, or Germans plotting their next moves! There will be trade stalls packed full of treasures including militaria, antiquities, vehicle parts, books, memorabilia, clothing and uniforms and all manner of essential finds for the discerning enthusiast.
