Car Hire Excess
When you collect your hire car you will asked for a credit card to cover an Insurance excess. This amount will not be taken or held on your card, although a deposit will be required when collecting your car. In the case of a claim, 'the excess amount' is the maximum amount you will have to pay towards the overall cost of any claim in the case of an accident or damage to the vehicle. We therefore recommend that you take out a Excess Cover Policy from your insurer or a third party to cover this amount. Please note: Excess Fees & Deposit payments will be released on the return of your vehicle, as long as there is no damage to the vehicle.

Flight Options - Due to the variety of flight requests we get for these tours, you have the option to book a flight inclusive package or a NON inclusive flight package. The later gives you the flexibility to choose which day you travel on, which airport you travel from and affords you the option to upgrade or utilise any air miles etc you may have. If you choose the flight inclusive package, flight costs are estimated and we reserve the right to implement a flight supplement once the flights are on sale.
