Over the years, one of the biggest challenge has been and still is, dining at some of the hotels we contract. Irrespective of the fact that you, our clients are individual travellers, hotels struggle to understand this, mainly because we book a group allocation of rooms.

 

As a ‘Group’ most hotels offer restricted menus, sometimes with food below our individual client’s expectations. Hotels generally expect ‘The Group’ to sit together at a pre-determined time. Sometimes we manage to persuade them to give us a choice of menu, i.e. choice of Starter, Main Course & Dessert but even this sometimes fails to materialise or, they want us to notify them of your choices in advance. In an attempt to resolve these issues, we have introduced our NEW Dining Credit Card. Rather than having a pre-booked dinner at certain hotels, you will receive a Dining Credit Card (Pre-Paid Mastercard) in your travel pack.

The Benefits to you are:

1. You will be able to use your dining credit as you choose at any of the selected hotels/locations. You can eat individually or together with other members of the group in the Hotel Restaurant or other dining locations, at a time that suits you.

2. If you prefer not to eat in the hotel, you can use your dining credit to eat out.

3. You will have the choice to dine within the dining credit allocated or, enjoy a more substantial meal in the knowledge that you will only have to pay any difference.

4. If you choose for whatever reason, not to have an evening meal, or just a snack, then you will still retain any un-used dining credit to use at another time.
