Based at the 4 Star DoubleTree Southampton, the 2025 event will be held over three days with an exciting programme including entry to MOGFEST at The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu.
After check-in at the hotel on Friday afternoon, you'll have plenty of free time to freshen up and relax in the hotel. There is the opportunity to book (pre-booking required) an informal welcome buffet evening event at the Hotel (cost £45 per person).

MOGFEST 2025 will take place at The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, on Saturday - Entry only is £24.00 Per Person or is included at NO EXTRA CHARGE if you book one of the official MSCC hotel packages.
​
In addition to around one hundred vehicles manufactured since the late-19th century, the museum has a collection of motoring books, journals, photographs, films, and automobilia of the world and is affiliated to the British Motorcycle Charitable Trust.
​
Additional attractions include the National Motor Museum Monorail, veteran bus ride, playground, restaurant and a substantial part of the Palace House and grounds, including the partially ruined Beaulieu Abbey. Among the monastery buildings to have been preserved are the domus (now used for functions and exhibitions), and the refectory, which is now the parish church.

Transfers are NOT included but we will be taking registrations of interest nearer the time, and if sufficient interest is shown, we can quote an additional charge for transfers.

A Scenic Drive and visit to another local attraction is being arranged for Sunday. Details and booking arrangements for this additional programme option will be emailed to everyone when they become available.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON SOUTHAMPTON
The DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton is situated in wooded gardens near the M3 and M27. Beaulieu is just 20 miles away, and we have a scenic route which avoids Southampton and Motorways, taking just 35-40 minutes. The DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton has newly refurbished bedrooms, 24-hour room-service and flat screen TV's. There is a restaurant, bar and café for dining. Guaranteed parking including the overnight fee is ONLY included with bookings made directly with the MSCC Travel Club. Anyone booking directly will have to pay for parking, and will not have a space in the limited on-site parking guaranteed.
